“Box was open and left outside the address instead of posted through the letterbox. Recipient was unaware as did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door. Was a hot summers day and the flowers were kept out of water all day until the package was inadvertently found”

“should have had an e mail telling me when they were arriving.did not happen.had to contact you to find out when they were coming then they did not arrive until 1902hrs,supposedly drop 13.flowers were wilting by this time ,so nt impressed”
