“I ordered it well before the Christmas deadline, it was meant to be a present, and I never received it. Prezzie box said it was dispatched, the courier says they didn't receive it. What makes this more frustrating is that Prezzie box has not offered a replacement but instead will sit and wait for 10 days before a reimbursement - I just wanted the gift - not money back- and wish they made an effort to find an alternative way of solving the problem.”
