Looked nothing like the photo shown, very small and sad looking bouquet. Didnt even have the personalised message in it. Had to go to tesco and buy a £20 bunch of flowers which looked 100 times better than what I received from you. Total rip off for the money it cost

Order one week prior. Did not receive my order on scheduled date (they were claiming they can deliver next day). Since the gift is delivering flowers on specific date to special person. Did not happen so the gift is useless. I looked like a fool. No communication from sellers telling me that the order will be late. After complaint they started to argue that it is my fault for some reason and do not refund. I overpaid for the flowers 3x just because I wanted them to be delivered on specific date. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
