Bought this as a present for Father’s Day - as it arrived with my name on the front of the dented white box I opened it expecting the chocolate to be inside a hamper box - to my surprise here’s all the chocolate and my Father’s Day message! Now I have to give my dad an opened box which looks very poor! It’s dented and discoloured clearly from the transportation. Will not use again unfortunately.

Contents was great, but a little disappointed in the packaging. Thought it would have been in its own box, not just the postage box.

Really good customer service. Think I did not look at the photo carefully enough I thought the personalised message would be on the outside of a gift bag. But the box is very average and the message is on the inside. I transferred everything in to a nice bag and put the sticker on the front and at was very well received
