Didn't realise it would be the delivery box, thought it may have been inside another layer of box, a bit split open so partner saw what was inside.. still happy with the chocolate

I ordered and paid, was told I would get an email to track my delivery, Nothing. Waited a long time, calledto see what was happening, told it had been delivered, no it had not. You said you were sending a foc replacement, still nothing.. you've had my money for a long time, when am I getting my goods
