“The design on the frame and the personalisation of the frame is spot on. However I was disappointed that the frame didn't come with a box only bubble wrap which isn't very good to give as a present in bubble wrap. Makes it seem cheap also there was nowhere in the product details to suggest the frame was plastic I thought it was wooden, this also makes it feel cheap but from a distance the frame looks classy just wish it had came boxed.”
