“Beautiful flowers- but definitely not a "letterbox gift"!! Ordered these for my nan for her birthday as understood that they would be delivered through the letterbox so she wouldn't have to open the door to anyone (she's shielding). However, they were actually delivered in person by a courrier company (not through the letterbox). Apart from that all was good- delivered on the selected delivery day and beautiful flowers!”

“The whole trade was a bit of a disaster really. The courier failed to deliver and returned the flowers to sender. After contacting Prezzybox about this another bouquet was delivered but these flowers were in a sorry state and barely lasted a week. I was trying to cheer myself up with these freesias but it didn't work.”
