I sent this as a thank you to someone who had helped me. The feedback I received was amazing. He was conmpletely blown away by the gift and personalisation, more importantly his young son though he was a super hero to have received this for the work he had done.

The personalised Proseco was sent out with out any personalisation, and without a gift card to say who it was from. It was sent with a blank card with advice pertaining to cut flowers on the back. When the recipient contacted Prezzy box to find out who it was from, customer services then contacted me as they couldn't pass on my name. They were unable to explain why a personailsed gift was sent out with out any personalisation with out someone questioning it. They promised to call me back but as yet, one week later I've heard nothing.
