“Very disappointing! Firstly I ordered this item on 7th February as a valentine gift. It wasn't until I'd ordered and paid for the item that I was informed it would arrive from the 15th February - after Valentines day. It's now the 17th February and you're asking me to review an item that still hasn't arrived! If this this the level of service you provide I won't be ordering from you again.”
