“Contacted via email to query non delivery,was told was being looked into,fair shout.Said if couldn't deliver by date required would accept a refund reluctlantly as gift was a surprise for a set day.Admittingly was kept informed with 3 emails,final one was a technical problem and order wsn't placed and would get refund via paypal.Strange how payment goes out on day of purchase but can take up to five days to refund?Not impressed,but can't fault how well it was dealt with.”
