“I ordered on the basis of next day delivery. I was given a delivery date of 2 days later which I forgave as the next working day, so it may have just been bad wording on the site. However, one week later I still don't have my order and it has disappeared from the tracking. On calling the company I find that my order is still in their warehouse and has not yet made it as far as the delivery company. No communication at any point to say there had been an error and the contact number for them had been removed from their site. Also not yet had my refund after we agreed to cancel the order (4 days so far).”
