“If I could I’d give you a minus star rating but I can’t so 1 it is. I have tried contacting you on you web site received no reply. Also sent an email oh and surprisingly yet again no reply. I also called the number on your website today and the company that owns the building aren’t happy as you don’t even rent there anymore. Please could someone contact me by email and let me know how you are going to resolve the issue with the magenta and yellow cartridges the can’t be recognised by the printer black and cyan work though. Very poor service and even worse customer service, I wouldn’t ever use this company again even if my issue is resolved.”
