I have the hybrid and I’m so pleased. First, the quality is superior to what I’ve had issued to me in the past from other providers. The fit is outstanding, and the price cannot be beat. My dentist charged me $300 for a night guard. Never again! I started with the soft version but as a clencher I upgraded to the hybrid. Upgrading was a breeze. If you’re thinking about ordering a night guard, go with these guys. Their customer service matches their product quality. Also, don’t fall into the trap of thinking that the experience will be better with your dentist. They will not be psyched about having to redo it or upgrades etc... proteeth on the other hand made every part of the process so easy and they are definitely going to work to keep you as a long term customer.

So I ordered a retainer with you all last year. My order is number #27564. I feel like I need to pass this along because this retainer has caused me so much additional money and pain and I wanted to find out where I could leave my review. Ever since I have been wearing the mouth guard my teeth have been growing in pain. I had to go in and see my dentist it got so bad. I thought maybe I was just grinding a lot. Instead he found that the retainer had so many high points that were hitting my bite so incorrectly that it was causing pulpitis on a few teeth. He had to do adjustments on my teeth, adjustments on the mouth guard and scheduled me to see an orthodontist because now I have had shifting in my lower teeth. I have beautifully straight teeth and I really beyond upset. So now I paid almost $200 for my mouth guard that has caused $100's of dollars of additional money out of pocket and possibly now thousands to correct shifting. I cant wear the guard anymore because I am in so much pain. Passed this along and received a rude email back that told me not to refer to the guard as a retainer. Never in my life have I had an experience like this. Not satisfied and not a chance of getting my money back. Fraudulent money back/satisfaction advertising.

As I've read and reread my other review, I've left something out that I think you, prospective buyers, should know: Before I made my purchase of the Hybrid guard, I read every review and question that has been published, and that takes a while. EVERY SINGLE. REVIEW. EVERY. SINGLE. QUESTION. I wanted a total picture of what customers were saying. As a consumer, it's paramount to make as informed a decision as one can make, and given the number of verified reviews, I felt it was making the best choice possible for me. I also read all the FAQs and the Material Safety under the Resources heading. It's good to know that i'm not putting anything potentially dangerous in my mouth. Would I purchase this guard again? Yes, without a doubt. Would I recommend it to others? Yes. I'm about to upload it to my social media account and mention the Refer a Friend program. Go Pro. ProTeeth, that is.

My overall experience of working with Pro Teeth Guard has been most positive. The questions I've had were answered promptly and to my satisfaction; I felt completely comfortable with the prospect of needing to contact (Laura) again in the event that another issue or question came up. I watched the "how to" videos well before the kit with the molds arrived; my hardest decision was determining which set of molds to use: the smaller set? the larger set? It really shouldn't have been an issue: use the one in which your teeth don't touch the sides of the molds once they are placed in the mouth. I read the printed literature that accompanied the molds and also reviewed the videos again--I didn't want to do it incorrectly. Pro Teeth Guard gave me an approximate time of when I could expect to receive the guard; it arrived within the estimated time. Having never ordered a guard online, I wondered if the quality of workmanship would live up to the quality of the guard I was currently using. I needn't have been concerned: the Pro Guard is of higher quality/workmanship than the one I had made through my dentist's office. Additionally, it was 55% less expensive than the one from my dentist's office. I purchased the Hybrid guard; I have no doubt it's going to serve me well. I grind my teeth a lot (think stress!); this guard fits snugly, comfortably, and still allows me to speak coherently. It fits evenly over my upper teeth. I can appreciate the smoothness of the outside (bottom) of the guard where my upper incisors fit: doesn't look like I'll be biting through it anytime soon. I can already tell that the pain I've had in my mouth, jaw, neck, and head are abating. I appreciate that both upper and lower impressions were made, even though I only purchased the upper guard. (Having had a lower guard in years past, and having my tongue push it out constantly, I knew that only an upper guard would work for me.) ProTeeth Guard needing to see how the entirety of my mouth worked together is but another example of their professionalism and dedication to making a quality product . I appreciate Pro Teeth Guard sending written instructions as to how to care for the mouth guard. That's something my dental off/ice did not do; I was unaware that using alcohol on the guard would shorten its lifespan. Now that I know how to keep it clean, that'll just be part of my daily routine. It won't be long before I order another guard--I like having an extra one available to keep in my travel bag. Pro Teeth Guard: I'm one completely satisfied customer. Keep up the great work! I appreciate what you've done for me! I have no qualms about recommending you to others.

The customer service has been great whenever I’ve contacted them regarding issues with my guard. Taking my own impressions was easier than I expected as well. Unfortunately, after 3 attempts of trying to get my mouth guard fitted correctly, I still am having issues. The quality of the product does seem very well made. I just wonder if I need to have something like this made for me specifically by my dentist would be best.

I tried a drug store bite guard. The guard was huge and uncomfortable. My teeth hurt for days after wearing it. My dentist quoted $460 for a custom night guard. My Pro Teeth Guard fits perfectly and comfortably. My jaw pain is gone, and I am saving my teeth! Everything advertised was exactly correct. I highly recommend this guard.

These days I seem to seldom experience excellent customer support and companies that actually back up their advertising. This is my second night guard and I continue to be very pleased with the product. Even my Dentist was impressed with my night guard and it compared favorably to the much more expensive options that Dentists offer. I apparently did not do such a great job with my teeth impressions as the night guard that was sent to me did not fit properly. I contacted a representative (via email) and received a response with a few hours. Pro Teeth Guard sent another impression set that arrived within a few days. More detailed instructions were included with a suggestion of photographing the new impressions prior to returning to make sure I had it right. I appreciated the personal and prompt attention that I received from "Anna, Minsun and Nancy". My new night guard is comfortable and saving me the discomfort and unnecessary expenses associated with clenching and/or grinding. When I purchase another night guard it will again be with Pro Teeth Guard.
