“Wonderful. I have had the hybrid mouth guard for a while now and needed to order a new one because of some dental surgery that I had recently had.
I order a new guard, and my new guard was sent however it did not fit well. I contacted Pro Teeth customer service and they offered me several options. I could either return it for a full refund, or they would try and adjust the new one. I wanted to try and adjustment so I returned my guard and with their skill, they made the corrections and returned my guard.
It now fits great and they were very kind and prompt and knowledgeable as well.
I want to mention that everything was done at no additional cost to me. They sent a link for free postage to return my guard.

“I honestly don’t even know where to start. My old dentist years ago recommended I wear a night guard for severe grinding. He was able to make a mold right there in the office and it was great. Fast forward to present time, I found my lovely dog had decided to use my night guard as a chew toy and it got completely destroyed. I no longer have that dentist because I now live in a different state. My current dentist was not able to provide me with a night guard like my old dentist did. My dentist ended up referring me to an oral surgeon who wanted to charge me $800 for a new night guard plus “consultation fees”. I ended up leaving that appointment in tears. My grinding at night is so bad it prevents me from sleeping and I often times wake up with headaches. “I ordered the soft night guard a while ago, thinking that that was all I needed for my grinding needs. I did this without going to a dentist and had my nightguard in a few weeks for significantly less money than I would've needed to pay if I had gone to a dentist. The quality is the same as from a dentists office for sure!! I later ordered the Hybrid model since my teeth grinding was wearing down the soft guard more than expected.
