“I have abnormally-shaped teeth, so the company sent over a different impression kit to accommodate them. The first impression was pretty fitted but felt a bit bulky and strange in the back. They quickly sent in another impression kit for a second fitting. It felt better fitted and when I had my dentist look at it, they said it fit well and the back is meant to be a little thicker to prevent grinding. The mold is thin and pretty comfortable. Service is prompt and turnover pretty swift considering it's all by mail. I'd recommend it. It's cheaper by a few hundred dollars from what my dentist was going to charge. He said the heat and bite molds over the counter would probably cause more spasming of jaw muscles, though I don't know how much that's the case.”
