“I was using a hard mouth piece from a dentist that cost over $300, and because it had no “give” in my grind at night , it was causing me to get a form of lock jaw and I was very sore. After physical therapy and switching to a soft guard from Proteethguard, my problems were fixed. I wear it every night. And it was so much cheaper! And safer! Customer service was great I remember when I had a question, I sent them a picture for help and they responded quickly and assured me if there was any problem, they would send me another kit, but there wasn’t any problems. They were great! I am ordering a 2nd one after 2 years, just to replace. There is nothing wrong with it, but it is plastic and it may wear over time.”
