“I can not give a review of the program because after I paid the fee and wanted to read all the requirements (and take the test) I clicked on the first step, nothing developed at all, just idled. I've asked my daughter to contact the company for me and ask, why is that and why can't I take the test after paying the fee by credit card. No one answered the phone listed on their (PROBE IT) website.
My daughter sent an email to the contact email listed on their website. It was more than a week ago, but no one got back to us, not by email, or by phone. So I would give zero stars for their website service and I would give minus (-)10 stars for their customer service. They've got my money and kept it, without providing any service :-(”
