“It’s a 4 star scooter, however when I received it (new) and I was pushing my scooter the front and back wheel was making this scraping noise. I think the block pressure might of being too tight or the disc brake was slightly bent and it’s touching my pads. This will make my disc brakes wear out faster if I don’t manage to fix this issue, I think the team that was assembling my scooter must have being rushing.”

“The shipping was very fast and the scooter came in great condition. The brakes where rubbing on discs on both wheels but with a bit of adjusting of the brakes they are now fine. The response from customer service when I informed them of the issue was fast and professional, very impressive! The booklet says 13,000mAh battery but the advert for scooter says 15,000mAh , I have queried this but still not a big issue for me. I would recommend and will use this company again.”

“I am so happy with this scooter as its build quality and sturdiness coupled with its load-bearing capacity suited my needs exactly. The powerful single motor is more than enough to cope with most commutes or weekend riding on reasonably rough tracks. The suspension, although firm, does instil confidence that it will remain stable when cornering or cruising over bumpy road surfaces. The LCD display is particularly bright and even readable on the sunniest of days. The front headlight is very powerful and the rear tail light lights up when the brakes are applied, however, I would like the rear light to stay illuminated at all times when the front light is on and increases in brightness or flashes when breaking. Side indicators would be of great benefit in the future when UK laws change hopefully in the future when E-Scooters are allowed to use bike lanes etc. All in all, this scooter is excellent value for money and puts a smile on my face when out on a ride.”
