“My scooter arrived on time, but the battrey and charger was faulty. I following the instructions from user manual, but the battery detierated rapidly. The manual and charger states that the charger light turns green when the battery is fully charged. I was on my first ride when the battrey charge declined very quickly. Once trying to put the scooter back on charge the charger light stayed green but no charge was being made to the scooter. On the website it states that "If you are looking for an exchange for a faulty product, please contact us via our contact page or live chat and we will organise a FREE exchange!" However, because I had used the scooter I have had to go through their return policy and the scooter needs to be inspected by one of their engineers. The whole procedure has been very fustrating but Joseph from customer service has been keeping in contact and arranged a free return. I'm hoping this can be resolved in the next couple of days and will give an update.”

“I’ve had this scooter for about 2 weeks. I use it for my commute to work. On my bike, my journey usually takes about 20mins. On this scooter, on the highest gear, it takes me about 7mins. Which is great. It runs smoothly. The brakes are great. Maybe a little too sharp, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Just something I need to get use too. The tyres are thick and robust. Which is great for the south London roads. Battery last very long. I would recommend this scooter”

“I am a 100 kg guy and I was able to ride on it. I was demonstrating it to my 6 year old daughter. It is a pure fun. For kids as well!”
