“Very expensive photo album for such disappointing quality. I was aware it was not real leather but I was expecting the pages and the plastic slip that the photos go into to be better quality. The plastic sleeves are like the plastic that you buy packet salad in. Feels like it will just break off.”

To help provide some explanation for others that may read this public review response regarding our Regal album pages of slip in pockets - Unlike cheaper albums, the pockets on our Regal album pages are made from a conservation grade material called polypropylene, rather than PVC. PVC is commonly used on cheaper, non-archival photo albums. Even though polypropylene may seem thinner and not as soft as PVC, it is more expensive than PVC and meets conservation standards for long term archival storage. Unlike PVC, our polypropylene pockets are acid-free. They will also stay crystal clear and won’t gradually go yellow over time. Polypropylene pockets will never damage your photo prints and are genuinely engineered to last a lifetime. These polypropylene pocket pages are also covered by our lifetime guarantee, so if they ever ‘break off’ in the future, then we will replace your photo album, no questions asked.
