“The frames themselves are beautiful but for the cost of these frames I would have imagined there would be no self assembly. I have spent far too much time and effort assembling the hanging kit to the frame. I had a total of 9! My hands are hurting and I’m left really frustrated. Come in, surely this could be done at manufacturing or at the very least, marketing could be set on the frame to establish where to screw in the hooks. Also, I had a variation of screws (see pictures). The bigger silver screws were impossible to use, whereas the gold smaller screws were sharper and lighter and work easily. I just feel for what I paid, I should have to work so hard!”
