“It is worth recording the exceptional customer service I experienced in ordering photo albums from Profile. There a small irregularity in the order that I noticed at checkout. I advised using "contact us", thinking nothing would happen but just in case. I received an instant personal response followed immediately by correction of the small error. I chose the Henzo after a lengthy internet search from which I concluded it was the best. The album will suit my needs very well (lots of family photos to display 'forever'). “Ordered 2 of your albums as I needed large books to collage 650 photos of my granddaughter for her 18th birthday, which was October 14th. The photos were of her life from day of birth to now, and just photos "through my eyes" of times spent together. The books were perfect, amazing paper quality, and your service was excellent.”
