“the projector lamp arrived within a good and reasonable time, but when I put it in (I have done this a couple times before) it was less bright than the old one ??? I put the old one back into confirm this after a couple hours hoping the new bulb would “warm up” and get brighter but it did not, The old one is indeed brighter than the new one and it has over 2000 hours on it. Maybe defective? Maybe not an actual new bulb? I don’t know. Tried calling to speak to someone and nobody there to answer so I left a voice message, no reply yet.”
