“This is now a mandatory part of my “pre-session” prep (which includes a creatine capsule, an espresso shot, and 12 bodyweight squats). 11 times out of ten, this is a winning combination.”

“This works in that it will numb everything you spray it on. But it has a strong smell that lingers even if washed with water (no soap). This is not a discrete solution to PE and needs careful timing as its effects are strongest 15 min after application and decay quickly in the next 50 minutes. The spray nozzle leaks a little. Recommend to spray into a bottle cap and apply with cotton swab to corona and frenulum for best results, as numbing the entire head can make it hard to find that thing in the dark (or even know if it is inserted).”
