“I really wanted this to work I used 8 sprays the first time and it did nothing for me. I then went up to the 10 as advised, still nothing. Was kind of disappointed. Wish it would have worked”

Hi Alex, Thank you for your feedback. We urge you to give Promescent a second shot , and apply Promescent 10 minutes prior to intercourse to the underside of the shaft and frenulum only, and wait for the product to fully absorb during that time. These are the most sensitive parts of the penis and if applied here it will further increase time to climax. The waiting period is a great time for foreplay!
