“In my experince I just need 1-2 strokes and I get that decrease in sensitivity to be able to completely let go during sex without the strenuous effort to withhold orgasm. It allows me to completely set the pace and control the timing of organsm. It also helps psychological becaus it takes away your fear to not be able to have lasting sex. The only thing you really have to be aware of that overdosing leads to a complete loss of feeling and then its even difficult to get a hard penis. So I would reccomend to slowly increase the dosage to find your personal level which allows you to control and still gives you pleasure. Enjoy”
