“Iv still not mastered how to work it as it does numb 100% but keeping an erection and getting one when it’s on is a challenge in both ways but I’m still trying because it definitively make you last longer as the first time it gave me an hour instead of 1 minate,,iv just got my second bottle,and hopefully I will try less”

“Honestly, I was losing confidence in myself before this. I never really had an issue when I was young but now I'm 39, married, two kids...it was just different. I got this product and was a bit skeptical but holy crap it works! It is a life-changing bit of confidence when you can take that anxiety out of your marriage. As a married guy, I pretty much know "when" my wife wants it, so the spray works best for me. I'll use the spray, let it sit for like 30 min then shower it off - the product will work for like an hour or more after!”
