“This is such a great way to Proov ovulation, especially when you have PCOS. I found out that I don’t have strong enough progesterone to sustain a pregnancy, which is something that’s really important when you’re trying to have a baby. I took this information to my OB and was rx’d progesterone after ovulation. It was a game changer!”

“Been using Proov PdG tests for over 8 months, they have been accurate to see if I actually did ovulate and what I can do to help get those 4 positive PdG tests. This cycle (Aug 2025) I got 4 positive from 7,8,9 and 10. I decided to buy the pro oil and capsules to take the day after ovulation to support luteal phase as well and at 11 dpo I got my faint positive pregnancy test. I believe the progesterone support oil and capsules helped so much too.”

“I've been working on my overall health, and I've used the Confirm Test to track progesterone last winter and this summer. I like being able to track it and see higher numbers as one of my indicators that I'm providing what my body needs! I like the convenience and inexpensive cost too.”

“I’m so glad i finally have an option to confirm my progesterone in the comfort of my home. My husband and i have been trying to conceive for 1.5 years and this is the last thing out of all the tests that I needed to know about. I have short cycles and a short-ish luteal phase so i’m really glad i can now see if my progesterone is an issue or not.”
