For surveyors and lenders, RICS has left a gap - the definition of amenity pace for a buyer will be any part of their plot, regardless of size. RICS Valuers/Surveyors and PCA members who are asked to look at larger plots will be at risk to complaints/claims for missing a single JK leaf. How do we provide a service comensurate with the report requested, Mortgage Valuation, Homebuyers (Level 2) survey, building survey and satisfy the customer and avoid liability - great subject for your next one... Keep up the good work.

A helpful and informative Webinar, delivered with confidence and professionalism. Perhaps more time should have been alloted as there was clearly a lot of helpful material on the subject that Dr. Fitzsimons had to rush through. If time is that limited then perhaps the early 'what is JKW' sort of content could have been omitted, as the webinar was undoubtedly aimed at specialists. A small critique on an otherwise very helpful webinar. Thank you for putting it together.

Far too much time was spent going through the history and appearance of JK. By the time Peter had realised the limited time left the 'interesting' part on the RICS change had to be rushed through. The event should have been tailored to PCA members and not every other interested party from New Zealand etc.
