“Though the issue was a user error, my original bad review would not have have been given, had it not taken 3 weeks to get assistance. My bear wouldn't talk to me, I have adhd and don't read instructions, so my husband took over and I now know that apparently, he doesn't always read them either. This was my mistake. If your bear doesn't work, make sure the batteries are in correctly, turn the switch on and hold the paw button down for 3 seconds. I did the first two and it didn't work, I tried a new set of batteries and it still didn't work, but had I just read the instructions, I would have known to hold the button. My bear is not mute after all, this is a wonderful product and perhaps I should have been more patient. Any other time of year, 3 weeks would be too long to wait for customer service, but in my impatience I also failed to realize that perhaps the Proud Patriots customer service team was also just trying to enjoy some Holiday fun with their loved ones! Thank you Proud Patriots and I apologize for my original bad review, if there is a way to remove it or replace it with this one, please let me know.”
