“I have called customer service 4 times and have left 4 messages, that was last week. I still have not heard back. I ordered 7 bracelets and 3 anklets but only received 6 bracelets. Other wise the bracelets themselves are great! I love that that I can wear them all the time and they never fray. I love the bracelet and anklets a lot and can wear them all the time, but the customer service... not so much.”
