“I received my order today. Was shipped 12/4 and took till 12/16 to deliver. And has 3 missing bracelets. 2 MS and the 1 free bracelet with each ordered, stated when I placed the order. These are Christmas gifts and need asap please”
“I ordered this 3 weeks ago, it finally said it shipped on 12/7, but looks to still be in the "warehouse" now. Y'all had no problem with charging my credit card in full 3 weeks ago when I ordered this for my entire order. Several of the items still haven't even got to the "warehouse". Very beyond disappointed. I will not be ordering from you all in the future, and ask other clients to consider not placing orders with you all either if this is how you treat paying customers.”
