“I ordered my bracelets on cyber Monday, and didn't receive them until three weeks later. I received a shipping notice but was not able to follow the tracking number. I emailed customer services and they never responded until 4 weeks after I placed my order. I also posted on Instagram trying to get a response, instead I got a generic response and they did not read my comment. I would order from them if you don't mind being lost in limbo and not knowing when your package will be delivered. The bracelets are really cute though. I did get them in time to give as Christmas gifts but I didn't get they early enough to mail them to my friends.”
