“I could not be more impressed with the level of service I received from puravida! In the midst of my order I somehow swapped my billing/shipping information to create an "undeliverable" address. I reached out to puravida as soon as I realized the error and rather than make me wait for the package to be returned or sending me to track down the package through USPS, they located the package and shipped out a new package the same day! Their response was prompt, professional, and very helpful.”
“I ordered 4 anklets and they were exactly what I hoped they would be; great size, coating that makes them waterproof, the colors are true to what you see on the website and the delivery was fast (I also liked the cute little drawstring pouch they each came in). I will definitely order again.”
