“I‚Äôm giving my overall experience a one star review because of some issues with shipping. Once my order had shipped I used the track my order function from my email and all it ever updated was that a label had been created. It never said where it was in the shipping process or when it got delivered. I live in an apartment where I have an office that collects my mail. Since I had no idea when it was coming I had to just keep checking and eventually I got a notice saying I had to go to the post office because I owed money for this package. Because of their wasteful packaging, I had to pay more money to collect my order due to the shipping envelope ‚Äúnot being flat‚Äù so it shipped as a parcel which is more expensive. All of this work for two anklets‚Ķ I definitely won‚Äôt do it again.”
