“This ring is so adorable and I love it but the chain part irritates my skin and makes it hurt slightly. Not only this, but the chain also can get a bit squished with the other part of the ring which makes it look a bit awkward.”
“No phone number to call you can only email this company. I received the wrong bracelets in my order and have emailed twice corresponding to the company of which bracelet to replace with. They had me a send a picture of the wrong merchandise AND STILL NOTHING correct in the mail. These were Christmas gifts. Terrible customer service.”
“I didn’t order this. I ordered the spring dreams pack. I dislike the swell stack, and don’t want it. I understand that this is a busy time, but it’s a little ridiculous that I don’t get a response when I email and ask for either the item I ordered or a refund. But I DO get an email asking for a review. Well here it is. I will be disputing the purchase, and I won’t be ordering again. Do better.”
“Not what I ordered. I originally ordered 2 packs of the butterfly on purple bracelet but got these instead. Very disappointed because my entire order was supposed to be small stocking stuffers for my nieces. Only part of the order was correct or undamaged. Star hoop earrings is missing a hoop and matching so at ring came bent out of shape. Still haven’t gotten credit for money I spent. Hoping someone will reach out. Would like to say I’d order in the future/recommend…but that will depend on if this gets resolved.”
