“This was my first order from Pure Vida, and it was a Pure Disappointment. I ordered a different item that had a butterfly because it was a special symbol my daughter shared with her grandmother who passed away one month ago. I didn't receive the item I ordered, instead some other random set of bracelets. I've reached out via email....No response. I've reached out by completing PV's online form....No response. At this point, I will be contacting my credit card company.

“Ordered on 11/26/23 and as of today , 12/17/23 nothing has been delivered or has not had money refunded! Multiple emails sent and an Instagram DM sent (what the company requested after an email was sent ) and have not heard anything back. This company has poor customer service! No working phone number to speak with someone! After reading multiple reviews wished I never bought from them! Almost $100 down the drain!”
