“I was so excited for this bracelet because I had previously ordered the matching anklet and love it! However, this bracelet arrived broken!!! I reached out to pura vida and they couldn‚Äôt send a replacement because it was out of stock!!! So disappointing! They did refund me though but still I was extremely bummed. Also, side note. I‚Äôm part of the jewelry club and I finally received my JULY ordered yesterday and it was the exact same necklaces they sent in the June order. I have reached out again and I‚Äôm waiting to hear back but my last two orders with Pura Vida have been let downs, which is sad because until this ¬†Pura Vida has been one of my favorite jewelry companies.”
“Love the style, it was so pretty. Not impressed with the quality. Bracelet broke after 13 days, when I was putting it back on after taking it off for a shower. So sad and I would not pay $28 for another bracelet only to have it break after 2 weeks. Disappointing.”
