“The product I EVENTUALLY received is really cute and well made . I‚Äôm not sure I would pay the amount of money I did again for both that I got but they are super cute .
My original order I paid for 2 day shipping. It shipped in a timely manner and then got “lost in the mail” . After trying for a week to contact Pura Vida I received no response from the company about my package . They do not accept phone calls “due to Covid” which is unacceptable because the email turn around time is just ridiculous .
With no response or help from them I decided to take to their social media page. I got an email from them almost immediately after commenting on multiple posts of theirs that their service is horrible .
They asked me for my address numerous times once the next few days to get me out another package and that the other was lost in the mail. Just to tell me what I ordered originally (the daisy and sunflower anklet ) was now out of stock and I couldn’t get that . But I could get something else for the same price . Upset but over the situation I just chose to get the bracelets instead (they do end up fitting as anklets anyways).
They eventually refunded my money that I paid for 2 day shipping on my
Original purchase ($21) and shipped me a new package with the new items in there. They refused to do anything but standard mail.... so 3 weeks after my original purchase that I wanted 2 day shipping on - I got the product I didn’t originally order and it was a ton of hassle.
