“I thought these earrings were very cute for my daughter. However, came poorly packed in a flat envelope. Not even bubble wrap around them. I contacted customer service and they told me that I should be able to unbend the posts. I felt this was unacceptable to give earrings with bent posts as a Christmas gift. I was sent a new set of replacement earrings but the exact same thing occurred. Completely bent in the mail. I wouldn’t order earrings again from this company due to sloppy packaging/no care in shipping.”
