“We have purchased many items from Pura Vida. We have always been happy with our purchases and the bracelet club. For Christmas I purchased a pair of Pearl Stud Earrings for my daughter. Upon opening the gift she saw immediately that one of the earrings was damaged. The damage was from the way Pura Vita packed the purchase in order to mail it. Long story short they wanted a picture sent the picture. Waited quite awhile for the replacement pair to arrive. Replacement earrings came but were also damaged. This pair had the same damage to it that the first pair did. We could also see from this pair that the damage was being done from the way Pura Vida shipped these earrings. The earrings came in a cardboard envelope that was not providing enough protection to the earrings for shipping. When we contacted Pura Vida again relating to this whole debacle of these earrings they again wanted a picture of the damage. I told them that I wanted to ship the earrings back the exact way they were sent to us so they could see for themselves how their method of shipping earrings was the reason for the breakage of the earrings. They did not want the earrings back. How will they solve this problem if they don't want to fix what is breaking the earrings. Just very disappointed in the brand. Thank you”
