“These ear rings had the stone fall out after my third time wearing them. I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful and immediately sent me a replacement with an apology. Received those earrings and they arrived missing the stone. Reached back out to customer service and they were once again happy to help. I asked for a replacement but would like a different set. There was a mix up and they resent the turquoise ones but were more than happy to help and send a different kind of ear ring. (At this point I was very frustrated with the quality but very satisfied with the customer service). I receive both the different ear rings and the replacement turquoise ones, the turquoise ones once again, arrived in poor condition. All stones applicable but a large black line drawn across them. I sadly would love to recommend theses but my experience with the quality is not worth the hassle.”
