“I’ve always had great luck with Pura Vida. My teen daughter loves it and it’s been a gift I’ve gave to her numerous times over the years. The first set of earrings I got one was missing. Pura vida responded quickly and sent out a new pair. These came in shortly before Christmas and besides making sure both earrings were there I didn’t look them over much. My daughter got them in her stocking and went to put them on the day after Christmas and noticed they were totally bent. I tried to fix one by simply and gently bending it back and it broke instantly. I have sent another email but haven’t heard back yet. I was hoping I could just bend them myself and roll with it and all would have been fine but unfortunately not. They are super cute though.”
“I bought these earrings and they are so pretty. In fact I liked them so much for ordered 2 more pair because they were on sale. BOTH of the earrings came with one of the white stones missing. So now I just have one pair because the other 2 earrings are useless to me. They were supposed to be a gift to 2 people and now I only have 1 gift.”
