“My earrings came damaged. I wrote to you and had you send me another pair and they also came damaged these earrings need to come in a Box not an envelope. they were completely smashed looking like they were run over by a truck- they were flattened. when I tried to adjust the post on one of them the post just broke off . now I am left with no earrings to give my daughter for Christmas. I've written a 3rd time and I've gotten no response.
