“Pictures are deceiving, earrings much smaller than anticipated. Reviews of bent earrings are VERY accurate. They mail them in a flat cardboard envelope. I bought them for a friend, very disappointing when one of the earrings was missing. Looking at their website they were sold out so I gave her a half-assed gift instead of going through hassle of return.”

“Earrings on arrival were loose in shipment and bent, emailed customer service and they sent a replacement but those too were bent. For $34 I was disappointed in the delivery. Earrings look good as far as quality but scared straightening them will break.”
“The items were cute, but poorly packaged resulting in broken and bent items leaving them unable to be used. They were packaged in a flat thin cardboard and whatever items the met along the shipping route caused them to bend the ear posts and two of them completely broke in half. Awaiting response to see if items will be replaced.”
