I made the purchase for a gift next Friday, I paid almost $100 because DHL charged me Canadian taxes and seeing the bent earring sticks really pisses me off. I sent an email to you with the pictures.”

Customer service was great and they sent out a new set.... Which arrived in the exact same type of mailer, and were also all broken and bent. I didn't even bother requesting a third set, I just consider it money wasted.”
