“My original order was placed July 3rd and by July 17th still had no update on shipping. I contacted via email on July 13th for an update and was politely asked to give it until the 10th business day. Contacted them again and they were very helpful and they gave me the option of a reshipment or store credit. I was happy with the reshipment, and they got a reorder out on express ship practically the same hour and was delivered successfully within 3 business days. This was a gift for a friend and she is thrilled with her charm bracelet! Overall I would absolutely order again for the pure care the company offers and the quality of the items I purchased!”
