“I would love to review the bracelet, but I cannot because I never received it. The bracelet and charms were ordered on Dec 10. I never received a confirmation email, so on Dec 17, I sent an email to customer service asking about my order and when I could expect to receive it. I was told by the rep that it would arrive by the end of the day on Dec 18, but if it didn't then to email back. It didn't arrive, so I emailed her back. Her response was word for word the exact same as the previous, except the delivery date was changed to Dec 19. Again, the bracelet didn't arrive and I emailed again, letting her know that I needed the bracelet on Dec 22. The customer service rep emailed me back to let me know the order would be refunded and there would be no need for me to return the bracelet (if/when it arrived). The bracelet finally arrived on Dec 24, but the post man came to my door to collect delivery charges of $6.34, as your company did not include enough for shipping (even though I paid over $5 for delivery when I ordered the bracelet). I refused delivery and sent the bracelet back. Not only was the entire process frustrating and disappointing, but I also had to frantically run around to find a different (not personalized) gift to give at the party on Monday afternoon.”
