“Dainty and sweet! Always happy with orders, but taking a break because dealing with postage due issues on every recent order is annoying. Costly, too. Requires a trip to post office, cash redemption, note to CS, and photo of receipt. Service is prompt and excellent for refunds, but one order was unaccounted for at Post Office and I was only refunded (replaced) one each of the two bracelets and two charms in that order.”
