“This product is awesome, I've used it every night for the past 8 years with only infrequent nights when there is a snoring break-through. Also helps with grinding teeth during sleep. Completely avoids the need for my CPAP mask which was a terrible experience. Must be properly fitted for your bite. If not stopping the snoring, then try notching the upper portion back.”

“This is my second review of Pure-Sleep and it's certainly as positive as the first. I can't actually remember when I first started using the device, but it's been at least 15 years now and I literally can't do without it. I keep one by my bedside, have several new ones always on hand, and always keep one in my travel kit. They have been making subtle improvements over the years, all have been in the positive direction. Product works as advertised. Follow the instructions carefully. Have some 120 grit sand paper to knock off the sharp high spots if you do any trimming with hand tools. Pre fit the device with a mirror at your kitchen counter to center the device properly and again when you perform the final installation. Expect about 6 months life. 90% effective! Nothing else I've seen comes close!”
